#1. HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?

Once your order has been placed successfully, you will immediately receive an e-mail confirming your order with an order number. Your order gets processed this way. In case if you fail to receive the order confirmation e-mail due to any technical issue, kindly retry to place the order again.

#2. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

You may cancel your order by connecting with our support team at support@wudlo.com. We're always quick with the shipment to avoid late delivery issues. Hence please make sure that you let us know the order cancellation within 6 hours since the order placement. If the order has already been processed and shipped from one of our order fulfillment space, you cannot cancel the order.

#3. DO YOU OFFER COUPONS OR DISCOUNTS?

#6. WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTERED AN INVALID ADDRESS OR MISTAKENLY ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS? 

You should immediately get in touch with our dedicated customer support team via support@wudlo.com within 6 hours before we ship your package from our fulfillment space.

Note that The customer is ultimately responsible for payment to reship the item(s).

#7. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

If the product delivered has any defects, feel free to connect our customer support team and they will assist you with the returns through 30 days money back guarantee policy.

We sell premium class pendants after a five-step quality check process and ship in a clean package from our warehouse. However, nothing is bulletproof as the package may get damaged when it is on the way to your doorstep!

Note: We don't support refunds due to defects on product caused by customers.
